The webshop is mainly intended for people who cannot come to the store and still want to enjoy our cookies. Therefore, to pick up our cookies you do not need to place an order. Our store is open every day from 10:30 to 18:30 and we bake fresh cookies all day long.
Our birthday and heart cakes do need to be ordered through the web shop for pickup, as we only make them to order.
Do you have a large order? Then of course it is nice if we know in advance. You can call 020-7750510 or e-mail to [email protected], then we will make sure the cookies are ready for you at the desired time!
Currently, we ship Monday through Thursday. You will basically have the cookies 1 day after the shipping date.
If you order before 4 p.m. today, we will ship your cookies the next day if desired (depending on the selected shipping date). When ordering in the webshop, you can choose the desired shipping date. Delivery on Sunday and Monday is not possible.
We work with DHL to deliver the cookies to you. In 98% of cases they deliver the cookies the day after the shipping date. Unfortunately, delays from DHL sometimes occur. We have no influence on this and therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date 100%. If you really need the cookies at a specific time and day, we recommend choosing an extra day earlier as your shipping date
We work with DHL to deliver the cookies to your home as quickly as possible. In principle, you will receive the cookies the next day. In case of extreme pressure or other unforeseen reasons, it may happen that the order is delayed in the sorting center. Because we cannot control this ourselves, we choose a shipping date. Wij can therefore give you the assurance that we will bake the cookies on the chosen shipping date and give them to DHL.
Basically, the cookies are delivered the next day between 08:00 and 19:00.
The cookies stay best in our cookie jar or other airtight container outside of refrigeration. Want to keep the cookies longer than 5 days? In the freezer, the cookies will keep for at least 2 months.
Our cookies will keep for at least 5 days. If you store the cookies for a long time, we recommend reheating the cookies. Then put the cookies in the oven for 2 minutes at 180°C. Then let the cookies rest for 4 minutes. In the freezer, the cookies will keep for at least 2 months.
Note: Do not place the cookies on a wire rack, as they may fall apart.
EI: All of our cookies contain egg.
GLUTEN: All of our cookies contain gluten. We unfortunately do not have gluten-free options at this time.
LACTOSE: We work with white, milk and dark chocolate in all our cookies. This chocolate contains lactose. We do not have lactose-free options.
NOTES: The white chocolate macadamia, hazelnut and pepper nut cookies contain nuts. We work with nuts in our store, so the other cookies do contain traces of nuts.

Furthermore, we use only natural ingredients without added fragrances, colors and flavors.
Besides the fact that our cookies are fun and delicious to give as a gift to friends or family, our cookie boxes and drums are also an original business gift. For example, for colleagues celebrating their birthdays or as a thank you after working together. We can include a matching personalized message in the drums.
